Overall, the Millmoor Juniors DNA aims to provide a clear overview of the Clubs approach to grassroots football, how that fits in with the FAs initiatives and the vision for the Club, its players and also the potential pathway from their first experience of playing organised football to representing the Clubs 1st Team. In doing that, together we need to provide an environment in which every player will thrive and develop, to play for life at the highest possible standard and furthermore develop into respected adults and football players.
